Tory, Jeff, Megan, Hilda, Tasha and I have made it all together to Manila and Hilda and Tasha are off to Cebu on a flight a little earlier than the rest of the group. We are just waiting on Angus, Greg, Eric, Sonia, and Alex to join us in Manila, then the rest of us are heading to Cebu all on the same flight!
We are being picked up by our host partner and will go to our hotel (the mayflower) to check in and get some food, a much needed shower and a little siesta! We will be pickig up Amanda and Andrew early in the afternoon as they are flying directly from Hong Kong to Cebu and bypassing Manila.
Everyone is really excited, and we will be starting work hopefully tomorrow! Stay tuned!
We have two mobile phones that will be on us at all times for both regular and emergency communication. Feel free to text or call either number at any time of you need (or would like) to get in touch with anyone on the trip! We are fifteen (15) hours ahead here and will generally work 7 am to 3 pm.
